Drop cable patch cords production line Product description:
Used for stripping LSZH/PVC jacket and cutting the strength member (FRP or steel wire) by specified length in Flat drop cable . The operator only needs to insert the drop cable through the feeding inlet, when the sensor inside machine detects the cable, it can start and complete the cutting and stripping simultaneously, Suitable for Drop cable patch cords productin line Factory mass production, save labor costs, provide work efficiency.
Drop cable stripping machine Feature:
1. Suitable for manufacture of pre-terminated drop optical fibre cable patch cord.
2. Controlled by PLC and photoelectric sensor, precision control simple operation.
3. Cutting, stripping and pushing out waste cable ,the actuator of all continuous action is the cylinder, fast speed and high reliability.
4. Does not include feeding time, one cycle is about 1.5s. In actual production, about 20pcs of terminal can be completed in one minutes.
5. Special size drop cable, such as exceeding standard spec. 3(±0.1)x2±0.1)need to customize cutter
