Product Description
The CLX-MPO Fiber Optic Polishing Machine is designed for precision polishing of MTP/MPO patch cords and pigtails. It can also be used with various fiber optic connectors, including FC/UPC, SC/UPC, ST/UPC, LC/UPC, MU/UPC, FC/APC, MT-RJ, and E2000. With optimized polishing performance for MTP and MPO connectors, it is suitable for fiber optic connector manufacturing and repair applications.
The machine allows users to independently adjust the polishing speed, pressure, and processing time for each polishing stage. This flexible process control helps achieve stable polishing results and consistent connector quality.
A closed-loop pneumatic pressure control system monitors and regulates polishing pressure, with control accuracy of up to ±0.1 lbs. The processing time is controlled by a programmable system with a timing accuracy of 0.01 seconds, providing precise and repeatable operation.

Real-time process display shows the current polishing procedure, rotational speed, pressure, and other operating parameters on the touchscreen. Stored programs can also be quickly selected and recalled when required.
